To provide low-income rental housing for agricultural workers.
Kunia Village Development Corporation entered into a joint agreement with an affiliate of Rural Community Assistance Corporation, a California nonprofit corporation, to jointly rehabilitate or replace improvements on property held by Kunia Village Title Holding Corporation, a related organization to Kunia Village Development Corporation. The intent of this arrangement is to renovate the existing agricultural worker housing community through the formation of a Hawaii limited partnership and use of tax credits for affordable housing developments.

Mission
To hold title to real and personal property and collect income from said property and remit to Hawaii Agriculture Research Center (parent corporation) the entire amount, less expenses.

Mission
To benefit, perform the functions of, and carry out the purpose of Hawaii Agriculture Research Center, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation, that is exclusively charitable, educational or scientific. To operate as a supporting organization with respect to the supported organization. To pursue such other activities as may be determined by the Board of Directors consistent with the requirements of IRC sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3). The corporation shall have all powers necessary and incidental to carrying out the purpose for which it has been formed
